ArmsUp Motorsports has been campaigning F2000 cars since its inception in 1998, growing from a one-car prep shop to maintaining a team of 10 F2000 cars. Team owner Gregg Borland has guided the Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin-based team to race wins and championships in SCCA National Formula Continental and Formula Atlantic. No stranger to pro racing, ArmsUp Motorsports has scored podium finishes in the Toyota Atlantic Championship, Cooper Tires USF2000 Zetec Championship and the F2000 Championship Series. In 2019, ArmsUp Motorsports will look to continue its run of success in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship on the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires.

With leadership from brothers Nicholas and Dominic Cape, Cape Motorsports campaigns cars in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship - winning the last nine championship titles in a row, and 13 in total.

HMD Motorsports (formerly BN Racing) burst onto the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires scene in 2017, in a partial season in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship that included some headline results. The now Indianapolis-based squad’s rise continued in 2018, adding an Indy Pro 2000 Championship team alongside its USF2000 team with a two-car effort. The 2019 season has seen the team expand once again to Indy Lights, and the focus will now be to expand and operate on all three levels of the Road to Indy.

In less than two years, HMD Motorsports has become an established front running, with race wins, podiums, pole positions and lap records strewn across the Road to Indy Ladder. HMD Motorsports encompasses a professional approach employing several highly experienced personal bringing a good foundation to the table and a strong desire for future success.

Located in Brownsburg, Indiana and led by Team Manager John Cummiskey, Geoff Fickling has taken over the Engineering role as the duo looks to take the team to the top.

Prominent karting and junior formula team Jay Howard Driver Development (JHDD) will join the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires on a full-time basis in 2019. Led by Verizon IndyCar Series and Indianapolis 500 veteran Jay Howard, who himself has won championships in both USF2000 and Indy Lights, the team’s expansion furthers its mission of advancing drivers from the karting ranks to junior open-wheel categories.

The expansion to USF2000 and the IndyCar/Road to Indy paddock will represent a homecoming for British-born Howard, who claimed the USF2000 championship in 2005 and added the Indy Lights title one year later. Howard has driven for several teams over the years, including Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing and Sarah Fisher Racing, and most recently competed in the 102nd Running of the Indianapolis 500.

Legacy Autosport is a race team ran by the Meyer family, whose grandfather and great grandfather was Louis Meyer, the first three-time champion of the Indianapolis 500. In 2018 the legacy perseveres, with the younger Meyers who continue the winning ways of the family.  Legacy Autosport is focused on driver development with a goal of helping drivers become successful on the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires  and beyond.

Legacy Autosport is based in Lebanon, Indiana.  Located just outside of Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. They are in the heart of the Motor Racing Capital of the World. Louis “Mike” Meyer has a season of experience in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship in the Road to Indy as a  winning crew chief for Alex Baron, including the Indianapolis Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Mike, the Owner/Team Manager/Crew Chief, has spent the previous 13 years in Indy Lights, winning five championships, countless race wins, pole positions and four Freedom 100 wins at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Louis “Butch” Meyer brings a story book career in automobile racing which includes building IndyCar motors with several manufactures and teams, five years as technical director of the Indy Lights program and ownership of an Indy Lights team.

Miller Vinatieri (MVM) Motorsports, LLC is a professional auto racing team owned by three-time Indy 500 starter Dr. Jack Miller and four-time Super Bowl champion and Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri. The Indianapolis, Indiana based team has fielded multiple entries in the F4 United States Championship Powered by Honda program in the past, but entered the Road to Indy in 2019 with a two-car program headed by Jack William Miller.

Newman Wachs Racing was formed in 2005 by late actor and IndyCar team owner Paul Newman and long-time racing friend Eddie Wachs to aid the development of young drivers in Champ Car’s Cooper Tires Presents the Atlantic Championship Powered by Mazda. Among the drivers to go through the NWR program were JR Hildebrand, John Edwards and Simona de Silvestro. After a seven-year hiatus, Newman Wachs Racing returned to racing, competing in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship on the Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires.

Pabst Racing has been preparing winning race cars since 1983. The Pabst team was started by Augie Pabst Jr., former sports car racing legend from the 1950s and early 1960s who won many races and championships throughout his career. Current President Augie Pabst III (a former driver as well) took over the business in 1991. By 1998 Augie III decided to focus on owning and maintaining a wide variety of winning racecars including SCCA Spec Racer, Shelby Can-Am, 911 Porsche, Ford Mustang GT-1 and primarily Van Diemen Formula 2000 cars.

Winners of the 2017, 2018 and 2019 USF2000 team championship, Pabst Racing will field squads in both the USF2000 Championship and the Indy Pro 2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires in 2020.
